I'm Zac Stevens — a Cybersecurity Technologist, retired U.S. Marine Chief Warrant Officer, and Senior Technical Program Manager at Microsoft (G.H.O.S.T.). Over 20 years of experience leading cross-functional cyber teams, managing enterprise risk, and modernizing digital systems in high-impact operational environments.

I built this resume site as part of the Cloud Resume Challenge to demonstrate my ability to deploy cloud-native, secure, automated solutions. The site is hosted via Azure Static Web Apps, integrated with serverless Azure Functions and Cosmos DB, and version-controlled through GitHub Actions CI/CD.

  • Led end-to-end ownership of the Nation-State Notification (NSN) program — triage, case management, C-suite/customer outreach, and cross-team delivery coordination for organizations impacted by nation-state threat actors.
  • Orchestrated collaborative threat-hunting engagements between Microsoft investigators and impacted organizations, generating new threat intelligence and operationalizing findings into detections and protections.
